Refund policy

All printed books are manufactured on demand specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, all sales of printed books are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • purchasing the wrong item

  • buyer’s remorse

  • dissatisfaction with content

  • shipping delays caused by carriers

  • accidental duplicate orders

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Books
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially defective, we will replace it at no cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:

  • order number

  • clear photos of the defect
