Processing Time
Printed books require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

Delivery Time
Estimated total time:

• US delivery: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

These timelines may be affected by:

• seasonal volume

• postal delays

• customs delays (international orders)

Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on buyer location.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. Incorrect shipping information is not the responsibility of Florida Training Academy.
